Manychat
ManySetter app for Manychat
Install it with your ManySetter code, then add two actions to your flows.
Each Manychat booking integration takes one key. Your setter then books in Cal.com or iClosed, and in Calendly on a paid Calendly plan.
The key each calendar takes, whether your setter books in it, and what syncs back.

In Calendly, polls and call types with a payment, required questions or asking the lead where to meet get your link. Calendly’s Scheduling API and webhooks need a paid Calendly plan (Calendly API overview (opens in a new tab), checked October 27, 2026).
Calendly, the ManySetter app in Manychat and the Manychat API each have their own page.
Manychat
Install it with your ManySetter code, then add two actions to your flows.
Calendly
Links, a third-party app and webhooks compared, and how to verify each booking.
Manychat API
External Request, the Account API and app keys, side by side.
One API key set to never expire. ManySetter adds the webhook, so bookings, moves and cancellations sync back.
An API key, then one address to paste in iClosed, so calendar changes sync back.
Connect Manychat, then your calendar, in your setter’s setup. Then test it before going live.
3 steps before it goes live
ManySetter books directly in Cal.com, iClosed or Calendly (direct booking in Calendly needs one of Calendly’s paid plans). With any other tool, it sends your booking link.
Your Manychat account, a ManySetter account and the calendar’s key: an API key for Cal.com and iClosed, a personal access token for Calendly.
Calendly keeps its Scheduling API and webhooks for paid Calendly plans. On Free, your setter sends your Calendly link, and bookings from it don’t sync back.
Yes. A workspace connects one account per tool: Cal.com, Calendly and iClosed. Each setter then books in the calendar and call type you pick for it.
A new time updates the call. A cancellation moves the lead back to Qualified and alerts you, with their reason when they give one.
It’s stored encrypted. Disconnect anytime: setters that booked in it switch to sending your link, and calls already booked stay in your calendar.
No. ManySetter is not affiliated with or endorsed by Manychat or Meta. It works with your Manychat account.
ManySetter works with your Manychat account: it qualifies each lead and books the call in your calendar.
