Install the ManySetter app in Manychat
Two actions in your Manychat flows, no API key: install the app with your ManySetter code, then add it where leads arrive.

Install the app
Copy your ManySetter code
Where to click: SetupConnect Manychat
In ManySetter’s setup, open Connect Manychat and copy the code. Use it within an hour.
Open the install link
Where to click: Install in Manychat
Click Install in Manychat. Manychat opens: pick your account, then Install.
Paste the code
When Manychat asks for the ManySetter code, paste it and save. ManySetter confirms on its own.
Who can install it
Only admins and editors of a Manychat account can install an app (Manychat Help Center (opens in a new tab), checked October 26, 2026).

Add it where leads arrive
Start conversation where leads arrive
Where to click: Automation+ ActionManySetterStart conversation
In each automation that brings leads, add ManySetter › Start conversation as the last step. Pick the channel.
Continue conversation in the Default Reply
Where to click: AutomationBasicDefault Reply
In each channel’s Default Reply, set every time and keep only ManySetter › Continue conversation. Pick the channel.
Publish
Publish both. The setter answers your leads, then their replies.
Setter talks to everyone who writes?
Then put Start conversation in the Default Reply instead. Automations that bring leads can end with it too.
