What we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how to reach us about your data.

Who we are

ManySetter is operated by Auren LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For questions about your data, email support@manysetter.com.

Your data and your leads’ data

  • Your account and workspace: we decide how this data is used, as described here.
  • Your leads’ data: conversations and contact details that reach us through your Manychat account. We process them on your behalf, only to run your setter. You remain responsible for having the right to share them with us and for informing your leads.

What we collect

  • Account: name, email, sign-in codes (stored hashed), session details (IP address, browser), your role and the invitations you send.
  • What you give your setter: offer details, instructions, rules and corrections, the text of files you add (the file itself stays in your browser), public web pages you ask us to read, and voice recordings for follow-ups.
  • Connected accounts: your Manychat and calendar keys or tokens, stored encrypted.
  • Lead data from Manychat: name, handle, the contact details Manychat shares (such as email, phone, time zone and language), messages, the AI summary of each conversation, qualification results and booked calls.
  • Billing: Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. When you subscribe, we record the payment terms you accepted, the date and your IP address.
  • Usage: pages viewed and clicks on our website and app. Once you accept cookies, they are linked to your user ID when you sign in, and PostHog may record session replays with form fields hidden. Product events carry IDs and categories, not message text.

How we use it

  • to run the service: reply to and qualify leads, book calls, send follow-ups and hand conversations to your team;
  • to send sign-in codes, alerts and billing emails;
  • to bill you, prevent abuse and keep accounts secure;
  • to understand how the product is used and improve it;
  • to meet legal and tax obligations.

We don’t sell personal data, don’t use it for advertising and don’t use your content or your leads’ messages to train AI models. Your corrections only change your own setter.

Who processes it

We share data only with the providers that run the service, in the United States:

  • Vercel: hosting, file storage for voice recordings, scheduled jobs and the AI gateway;
  • Anthropic (through Vercel’s AI gateway): the AI models that write replies, summaries and setter documents;
  • Neon: database;
  • Stripe: payments and sales tax;
  • Resend: emails;
  • PostHog: product analytics;
  • Manychat, and Cal.com, Calendly or iClosed if you connect them: to receive and send messages and book calls on your behalf.

Cookies

  • Sign-in cookies (names starting with “manysetter.session”): needed to keep you signed in.
  • PostHog analytics cookie and local storage: only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. Before you choose, or if you decline, we measure visits without cookies or storage on your device.
  • Your cookie choice, saved in local storage. Change it anytime with “Cookies” at the bottom of any page.
  • Local storage for the checklists in our guides, so your ticks stay on your device.

We use no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

  • We keep your data while your account and workspaces exist.
  • Deleting a conversation, a setter or a workspace removes its data from our database right away. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.
  • Voice recordings are stored as files at unguessable web addresses, so Manychat can deliver them. We delete them on request at support@manysetter.com.
  • To delete your account, email support@manysetter.com. We do it within 30 days.
  • We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, connected-account keys are encrypted at rest, sign-in codes are hashed and each teammate only sees what their role allows. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you without undue delay.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@manysetter.com. We answer within 30 days.

  • California residents: you have the rights to know, delete and correct your data. We don’t sell or share it for cross-context advertising, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
  • EEA and UK residents: we rely on our contract with you to run the service, on our legitimate interest for security and analytics, and on your consent where the law requires it. Your data is processed in the United States. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
  • Leads: if you messaged a business that uses ManySetter, contact that business first. We’ll help it answer, and you can also email us.

Children

ManySetter is for businesses and people aged 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and email account owners about important changes. The date at the top shows the current version. See also our Terms of Service.
