Terms of Service

Who we are

ManySetter is operated by Auren LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). These Terms apply when you create an account or use ManySetter. If you use it for a company, you accept them for that company.

The service

ManySetter is an AI setter for Manychat. Connected to your Manychat account, it replies to your leads on Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, qualifies them, then books a call or hands the conversation to your team. It is a business tool: you must be at least 18 and use it for your business.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure.
• You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including what the teammates you invite do.
• Tell us at support@manysetter.com if you think someone used your account without permission.

Messaging your leads

Your setter sends messages on your behalf, so you are the sender. You agree to:

• follow the laws that apply to your messages and the rules of Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and Manychat;
• message only people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you;
• tell people they are talking to an automated assistant when the law or a platform requires it;
• give your setter true facts about your offer, prices and availability;
• test your setter before going live and keep an eye on its conversations.

AI replies

Replies are written by AI from your instructions and documents. AI can make mistakes, so you can review conversations and take over any of them at any time. We don’t promise a number of booked calls or sales: results depend on your leads, offer and flows.

Other services you connect

Manychat, Meta, your calendar tool (Cal.com, Calendly or iClosed) and Stripe have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions about your accounts. ManySetter is not affiliated with or endorsed by Manychat or Meta.

Plans and billing

• Building and testing a setter are free and need no card. Putting a setter live needs a subscription, at the price shown on our pricing page.
• The first subscription of a workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, one per workspace. A card is required and nothing is charged during the trial, which includes 500 AI replies for the workspace. We email you at least 3 days before it ends. Unless you cancel before then, the subscription starts and the first period is charged the day the trial ends.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, per live setter, in US dollars, through Stripe. Add-ons (more AI replies, extra seats) are billed the same way. Taxes are added where they apply.
• Your subscription renews every month or year until you cancel.
• If you add a live setter or an add-on during a period, we charge the prorated amount that day (during the trial, it is free until the trial ends). If you switch from monthly to yearly, the unused part of your month is credited and the year is charged that day. If you remove something, the unused part becomes a credit on your next invoice.
• When your AI replies for the period run out, the setter pauses AI sending until you add replies or a new period starts. There are no automatic overage charges.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A new price applies from your first renewal after that notice.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel anytime in Workspace settings › Billing. During the trial, nothing is charged and your setter keeps replying until the trial ends. After the trial, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Then your setters go offline; building and testing stay free.
• Payments are non-refundable, including partial periods, unless the law says otherwise.
• Think we charged you by mistake? Email support@manysetter.com within 30 days of the charge. We review every request and refund any charge made in error.
• If a payment fails, we email the workspace owners and Stripe tries again. Your setters keep replying meanwhile. If the payment still fails after the retries, we may end the subscription and your setters go offline.

Acceptable use

Don’t use ManySetter to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• deceive, harass or impersonate anyone, or promote anything illegal;
• ask leads for sensitive data such as health information or full payment card numbers;
• break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.

Agencies may run workspaces for their clients. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts a connected platform at risk, and we’ll tell you why.

Your content

You own your content: offer documents, instructions, voice recordings and conversations. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell it and don’t use it to train general AI models: your corrections and rules only change your own setter. If you record a voice, it must be yours or used with permission.

Our service

Auren LLC owns ManySetter, its software and its brand. While you use it under these Terms, you have a personal, non-transferable right to use it. We keep improving it and may change features; we’ll warn you before removing something you pay for. We work to keep it running but can’t promise it will never be interrupted.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, unpaid fees or a legal risk. What happens to your data then is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

• The service is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost deals or lost data.
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
• You will cover us against claims caused by your messages, your content or your breach of the law or of a platform’s rules.
• Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we’ll email workspace owners before the change applies; the date at the top shows the current version.
